  • COVID-19
    We understand the severity of the virus, therefore we are implementing extra precautions to ensure the well being of all our guests and staff. We are kindly asking all our guests to wear masks during the visit when not engaging in taking pictures. We are limiting the total amount of people present at every time slot and asking guests to respect each other’s boundaries. Please, arrive on time for your visit to ensure specific gathering limitations. As soon as you come in, please proceed to sanitize your hands. If you have any cold symptoms, please reschedule your visit. We have touchless payment solutions for applicable credit cards and Apple Pay available. We are taking this pandemic seriously and want to ensure that we can safely provide services. Therefore, we are using EPA grade sanitizers to clean all the surfaces at the museum. Also, we will be wearing masks at all times and gloves whenever it`s possible. We will continue practicing good hygiene. Sanitizers are available at the reception. Thank you for your understanding, support and loyalty
  • How Can I Get Tickets?
    We recommend reserving tickets online. Tickets at the door are subject to limited availability (especially on weekends!)
  • When Do I Arrive? Is There A Time Limit?
    Example: If your reservation shows 5pm-6pm it means that you would need to arrive at 5pm and you will have time until 6pm.
  • Are You Kid Friendly?
    Absolutely! We are a family-friendly destination!
  • Are Food & Beverages Allowed?
    Please finish all food and drinks before entering the museum, unless you are attending a private party or event.
  • Do you offer discounts for large groups?
    Yes! We gladly offer discounted rates for groups of 15 or more people Monday-Thursday. Please email us at info@southgaselfiemuseum.com
  • Can I Bring My Professional Camera?
    Absolutely! Unlike most places we allow you to bring your professional camera at no extra charge! However, if you would like to use our studio for a photoshoot, you must book at info@southgaselfiemuseum.com
  • Are You Wheelchair Accesible?
    Yes, we are. Please talk to front desk upon arrival.
  • What's Your Cancellation Policy?
    All tickets are non-refundable.
  • What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
    We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. Sorry, we do not accept cash.
  • Do You Allow Dogs?
    No Animals Allowed!
  • Can I Book The Whole Place?
    We gladly host private parties and team building events! You can book the whole museum OUTSIDE our normal business hours. For reservations please email us at info@southgaselfiemuseum.com
  • Can I Refund Or Exchange My Ticket?
    Tickets are non-refundable or exchangable.
  • Is This An Actual Museum?
    No, we are a photography studio where you can take pictures and videos with your phone or camera using our professional settings, props and lighting.
